Asalamu Alekum Calling CIC is close to useless. I assume you know the Egypt VO address, so send them a mail with a cover letter staying the details.

I read your posts, the address you sent to is correct. so don't worry, let the gov't help you out. It's a detour, but once you get approved, you'll treasure it even more.

If you've got the receipt of courier delivery, I would suggest you email that receipt to your MP. In this kind of situation, I would say MP is your only hope.

Hahaha, I hate how slow the gov't workers are at dealing with this. I don't mean to say that I hate the nation. :) But to my surprise, my E-Cas says medical received when I got my AOR. I found a lot of people here got SA, but not Medical Received.
