Though we cant know for sure but its mostly an approval for SA. You should get the letter by next weekroozbeh said:Hi all,
I did not receive any email after my AOR. Today morning in the ECAS it shows:
"We sent you a letter on May 8, 2015 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us."
Is it something considered as SA? or there is some reason for me to worry about? Please advice me regarding this. Thanks in advance!
Roozbeh.
Thanks a lot! So for SA we are not usually receive an email? Thanks again.draxz1289 said:Though we cant know for sure but its mostly an approval for SA. You should get the letter by next week
If you didn't receive an email for the AOR either, I'd wonder if they have your email address correctly recorded. Might be worth calling them to check?roozbeh said:Thanks a lot! So for SA we are not usually receive an email? Thanks again.

oops my mistake. If you have provided an email then you will MOST likely receive an email - though we have seen people receiving it in the mail even though they provided an email address. You can double check your junk/spam folder but I would still give it a week since its been only one day but if you cant wait as PixieDuster mentioned you can contact CIC to confirm your email ID and the status.roozbeh said:Thanks a lot! draxz1289 is right - it often takes a little while for things to arrive. I'd give it at least a couple days, and then if you still haven't heard anything, call away.draxz1289 said:oops my mistake. Yes I didn't receive it. But now the call center told me that Missassauga relied to them and said they will send it as soon as possible.I don't know if it's when.before Iw as stressed but now I cooled down and just wait I have no choice.np231 said:You haven't received any mail after 1 month? wow, I was expecting to receive it in 7-10 business days.
Did your ecas update with any other information? Like File transferred?
If you have the file number, are you able to see more information (so far I have used my old PR card number to access ecas)
When do you think it is the best time to order the notes?Mapleson said:For 2015, SA fall into two groups, slow-AOR/fast-SA or fast-AOR/slow-SA. However, the combined time Received to SA is standard for everyone with a week variability being standard, so 56 days to 70 days is typical.
CanadaPost is highly variable in their delivery times. Three to ten business days is their typical delivery times. There is also a small time lag between SA being given and SA being mailed (physical or electronic).
AOR2 are highly variable, if you receive them or not, so don't worry if you haven't gotten one. Instead, think about investing $5 for a copy of your case notes.
Hope its SA! nothing to worry about it! Keep checking your e-mail too. They might send you e-mail either mail.roozbeh said:Hi all,

Wait a few months in order to give them some time to begin processing the application. We had waited about 4mths from the time my wifes's app was transferred for the second stage to order our first set of notes.dedoz said:When do you think it is the best time to order the notes?
