Hi, So my wife has landed last week, i sponsored her, but at the airport she was told that she will be getting a temporary residency for 2 years then she would be getting the permanent residency. she also didnt get the record of landing. Is that normal now a days? any recent experience? Thanks

Finally the wait is over!!! the PP was returned with the visa, the ecas switched yesterday to Decision made. All in all it took 9 months, and around 7 months in Amman Vo. Wish you all guys to get your visas and join your families in Canada soon.

PA is the principle applicant (the sponsored person, the one that is applying for the visa to come to canada)
