I NEED ADVISE
I APPLIED ON NOV 2010. ON FEB IT WAS REFUSED. I MADE 2 APPEALS BUT I RECEIVED THE SAME ANSWER NOW IAM IN MY THIRD ONE THE E-CAS CHANGED FROM DM TO IN PROCESS BUT SINCE LAST WEEK ITS UNACESSABLE.
ANYONE CAN EXPLAIN WHATS GOING ON

You have been moved to CPP-O. All bets are off at this point.

If you are beyond normal processing time, you can make a case specific enquiry, but all they will do is blame this on the transfer - you might wish to point out to them that OP 1 doesn't give them the option of "resetting the clock" due to a transfer - that this is an internal CIC issue and not an acceptable excuse, and that if all they can do is blame it on the transfer they are presenting an unacceptable excuse - one that the Government of Canada would not accept from you were the situation reversed.

If you're really impatient you should speak with an attorney. At some point you may bring an action in Federal Court for Mandamus. In my experience, few of these cases make it beyond leave stage because Justice Canada lights the torch under CIC to finish your application rather than explain to the Court why they are taking so long.

with the new policies coming in, you can't even say if they'll be offering any FSW visas from next year or not.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May XX , 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on October XX , 2009.

We had won the appeal in Feb.2013 , got the updated doc request in March and sent the docs in April, can anyone predict how long it takes to get MR now?? We are 2010 June Applicant.

It looks to me like an automation/scripting error. This might be because they have moved your file into GCMS (from CAIPS the old computer system) and something in that process hasn't worked as expected.

It doesn't seem to be anything serious - just a glitch in the software.
