Don't worry for RPRF. You can pay it anytime, from begining to end of processing. They may ask you with PPR now. Regarding the time from medicals to PPR, i don't think anybody can answer it precisely. If you are lucky, you may get it within 2 months or so, if not it can take upto a year or...

So far I know, background verification can take from months to years depending upon individuals. If you have been not ask for medicals they have have probably extended them or asked for extension. The only thing we can do is wait for them. Unfortunately, we don't have any other alternatives.
