why did you start a new discussion and not providing any information of your application.
PGP was refused because of not meeting the 3 years minimum income requirement.
Appeal and looked like it was "won" but it's not very clear in the posts. (appeal won is different from applying via H&C.. )

There is no given timeline for process after appeal.

yes, we did not meet mni of a year of 3 years requirement.
Prior to render final decision IRCC inform us that that we did not meet mni specifically year 2019, so they advise us to submit additional supporting documents so we submit. On november 2022 a decision has been made and it is refusal,then comes january 2023 we see on our portal that january 11 2023
informing us that they are reviewing our additional documents.
Is there any posibility for reversal of their decision. What will happen to our appeal on IAD.
