I finally got my landing papers and I was wondering if I can land on my own first then once my parents are here they can land later on? Or do we all need to be together?

Just make sure that everyone lands before the visa expires.

Currently my parents are visiting in the states where they sent the passports to me. I was hoping that my brother whom is a dependent can land on his own (currently in Canada work permit).

Your question has already been answered. Your brother can certainly land alone. However he can't land before the primary applicant.
