Thanks Everyone! I'll share the timeline info below. I don't have exact dates for much of it (just a progression) because I was trying to only let myself sign in every 4-5 days.

FWS-O, US Citizen & Resident
AOR: December 2nd, 2016
Meds Passed: Sometime between the third week of December and 1st week of January (never got a ghost email or update email)
RPRF: January 17th
RPRF Paid: January 22nd
Background IP: January 23rd (no other background changes like a lot of others have had)
PPR: February 2nd

Thank you. May I ask why would you want to move from US to Canada? Any specific city that you are targeting ?What is your NOC? I ask because I always felt that the US passport is powerful and there are plenty of jon opportunities in the country. Also, where do you reside in US?

Some of these questions may be inappropriate, and if so, I apologize in advance.

I suppose 5 applicants got PPR. One FSW-O and the rest CEC.
Rajkamal,

Indeed it's a good news for all the applicants. Well, waiting for your PPR as we waited for you NoM and rejoiced.
Raj, browsing through the eAPR progress updates, we can conclude that there is no methodology or a specific sequence.
Ex: NN NS NN IP ....
Medicals: Some applicants got passed in a couple of days some in couple of months.

As you stated; wait for 6 M and if PPR arrives before; it is a blessing is true.
Wish you a quick PPR/PR.

Hey MZASAM!

I know you want Raj's opinion, but allow me to comment ;D

From what I've observed there is a pattern with medicals, I think, most Outland guys have their medicals passed a few days (to a week) from AOR so long as they did the medicals about a week (or two) before their AOR and there were no complications. If IRCC asks for further tests then you're in for a wait. Now Inland have to wait a long time (from 4 to 8 weeks usually and sometimes 12 weeks), I'm not sure why this is.. some say it's because it's a public health system and the medicals for IRCC have very low priority, others say since they don't usually redistribute the Inland files they work primarily on the Outland files to quickly get those to their respective LVOs and leave the Inland files collecting dust for the first couple of months. Having said that we do see exceptions to this (Outland taking months to get passed and inland passing quite quickly). Now, I've noticed an slight increase in time from Nov to now (so back then it would change within 2/3 days and now it takes 1/2 weeks) and I'm guessing that this is due to the massive increase in ITAs (and therefore AORs).

Now BC is usually NN -> NS -> NN -> IP, but as expected there are exceptions! The initial order NN - NS - NN seems to remain the same for 99% of the candidates, but from then onwards can vary quite a bit... Again this is what I've observed. ;D

g126: I respect your analysis. My point is; the processing flow is not consistent for all applicants who have shared their updates, statuses.

Only CIC/IRCC knows how the files are distributed, assignment for the officers, status updates and the decision making for PPR.

All I wish and pray is a PR for all applicants with eAPR in 6 months and earlier.

Ow yes!!! It's OINP all over agin in that respect, there is no set pattern... It seems to depend on who ever is reviewing your app and your LVO, but even then there is no set pattern.

One criticism I have for IRCC is that, given that we all know what checks are (R10, A11.2, etc.) they could make those available on the MyCIC page... I mean currently there are 6 status, of whcih ELIGIBILITY is USELESS as it always IP until PPR... Well great, thanks for that info! And Background is stupid as it basically covers all the checks!!! Why not just give us a summarized view of the GCMS status? I bet that would reduce the number of GCMS notes request by a factor of 10!

Three PPRs so far in Dec.

I will update these in a table format soon. Since weekend is upcoming, we could work on these updates as I said earlier - every Tuesday and Friday.

Hi,

I received AOR on 15 Dec 2016, and woke up this morning to see Medicals passed. They also asked for language test documents, and background check changed from not needed to not started.

Thanks,
Hema

Is it true that asking for GCMS notes will cause delay in your application processing?
