From my personal's view, this is obviously not correct. I did some research and have some finding. On IRCC's requirements for BOWP page: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/temp/work/prov/bridging.asp "For certain employer-driven streams in the PNC, the nominating province or...

Thank you! Question: you mentioned your security started the same day with IP2. If I read correctly from your signature, IP2 on May 15. So when was your note generated? From my experience, the note is always a month old. Thanks, wish you speedy ppr!

Called them last week and agent told me last update on my case is security passed. Which is the same date that I saw IP2. I think CEC and PNP should process the same security check. The reason why CEC get IP2 and PPR on the same day but PNP-I not is because PNP-I are processed in batches. So...

My security passed on the same day with IP2. So I am not sure which comes first, security passed or IP2

R10 is the first thing to check, but not necessary the first to pass. According to my GCMS,R10 start first but IRCC request RCMP PCC. Eligibility rec passed before I submitted PCC. So I saw my note R10 pending and Eligibility rec passed in the note

AOR 2016-2017 EE PNP Inland >>>> All Welcome

Eligibility and R10 are two different things. R10 check means your files are complete while A11.2 / Eligibility means you are eligible. Eligibility Recommend pass does not equal to pass. Rec Pass will going to Pass finally. So your eligibility rec pass is not conflict with R10 not complete. This...

Express Entry - e-APR Submitted in November 2016

I think I could answer your question because I have similar situation when order GCMS note. "the file in question is not at the permanent residence stage yet" simply means your case haven't been opened for review at that time on that day. In my case, I got the same feedback while ordering GCMS...

Express Entry - e-APR submitted in December 2016

Don't worry at all man. This is how it works. IF you see GCMS from others, everybody is recommended passed. So A11.2 recommendation passed and your case is ready to finalize and then security check. One officer will review your case again while finalize your case. So no worries at this word. relax!

No matter how big the OINP backlog is, it is not comparable with EE's backlog. Due to such many ITAs issued during last 3 months and score line drop quickly, more and more CEC FSW get ITAs as well. numbers of CEC is much much more than PNPs. So OINP backlog cannot explain why CEC takes 2 months...
