Hi guys! I am under BCPNP, outland; my AOR is Dec 12 and my medicals passed on Dec 17; file transferred to LVO on (or before) Jan 9.

Hi, could u pls share how do u know that ur case has been transferred to LVO? Thanks.

90 days IMO, actually. Please note that you can apply GCMS notes anytime (even after a couple of days you submit your application) BUT you will not see any meaningful updates. Applying after 3 months might generally give you more information than applying after 60 days. This is only my opinion.

I understand that it takes up to 30 days to get GCMS notes. Are the details captured at the beginning of this period or just before it is delivered? E.g. if I request Jan 15 and I receive it Feb 15, will it be up to date as of Feb 15?

As far as I know it will be dated at the time you placed the request, in your case January 15.

Not sure if this means the application has reached NDVO or some other office in India.

I raised a CSE on Jan 2 and when I got confirmation that the documents were received, Jan 9, the responding agent instructed me that I must also contact Vienna, Austria, VO where mi file has been transferred.

Yes, your application is moving! The next update you'll see is the security will go from "not started" to "not needed at this time".

Your file still not transferred to NDVO brother. R10 & A11.2 takes some time, also the criminality.

Mine changed to NOT STARTED, too!!!!!!

Wish there were a clear indicator for R10 and A11.2 checks. Is criminality a part of A11.2 or separate?

Does the number of applicant in the application affect the processing of the application. I am single applicant with experience with 1 employer. No much travel history. I hope that my application will be processed in less time.

Hi All! Has anyone who was asked to submit additional documents had a status change from "Provided" to "Passes" under "Review of submitted documents"? I had a schedule A request in mid-December and still no movement on the submitted doc.
