EE Profile changed, what happens to previous EE info ?

if i change EE profile with new information like i change my NOC code from 6211 to 4214 then does it save previous information ?

Will the officer have information that i originally had 6211 code and now changed to 4214 ?

pls share your experience.

You can update your EE profile as many number of times till you get ITA. Please note that whatever information you mention in your profile to claim points should be supported by documentary evidence while submitting your electronic application for permanent residence post ITA.

Yes, any changes made to the profile are recorded.

As I mentioned before, you can edit your Express Entry profile as many number of times you want till you get ITA. It does not matter if information varies from time to time till you get ITA, but the idea is not to misrepresent. What matters is, post ITA, you need to submit documentary evidence for the information in your profile (on the basis of which you got ITA).
