First one is Pr confirmation, second one is for uploading photos and updating address for Pr Card.

Thanks for your reply. I applied for my PR application after getting NOD in Oct 2023. Till now, there has been no update.
My next step would be the first one, right?

It always shows like that even you got pr card. Dont worry about that. Ircc doesnt update that side.

Okay, when should I expect my card? I got my eCOPR on 8th January, 2024.

I didnt see any experience longer than 2 months. And earliest i saw it was 1 week.
but you can get sin number with ecopr. And you start count for citizenship from the day ecopr issued.

Most of applicants who already got portal emails or ecopr had pre arrivals between june to ictober.
