Hello, can someone who is on a TRV drive in Ontario with their Russian license? I heard it was for 90 days or something?

Yes, 3 months, see http://uk.ontariotravel.net/traveltips/drivingRegulations.aspx

It might be a good idea to either get an international drivers license or get an English translation of your license in case somebody wants to see it and can't understand Russian. It will also help if you decide to get a license in Ontario.

So can I lend my car to my employee who has TRV? thanks:)
Yes, if you make sure it's really a Russian DL he's showing you and not a library card ;)

You might also want to ask your insurance if it's ok, just in case something happens and they make a big deal about it.

Sorry for all the questions, the ministry is on strike so I can't get any info there.
So if she get's an International license, the International Auto Association says she can purchase it for a 1 year term. Does it become void after 3 months in Ontario and then she has to apply for an Ontario license? Or can she still use her International one longer in order to avoid having to apply for the Ontario one?

According to http://www.mto.gov.on.ca/english/dandv/visiting.shtml you would think the international one is still good after the 3 months is up. If you can't ask the ministry, try asking the police (because they're the ones who she'll be dealing with if she gets pulled over) or you could ask a driving school, they might know.
