Hello all, I check my processing time is 17 days since I submit my application. Does it count holiday (such as Sunday)? If I submit my application on August 17, then I will get the final decision on September 2 (count holiday) or September 11 (don't count holiday)? Thank you
In addition, my country does not have Canada visa office, it will send to the third country (Philipin). How long can I receive my visa (if it accepted) from I send my visa to the third country?

The processing time includes holidays and weekends. It is an estimated processing time only. It's quite possible your application could take a few months to process.

Thanks for your answer. If my country has no Canada visa office that needs to send my passport to the third country when the final decision is accepted. So the time (17 days) already includes the sending/receiving passport also, right?

You don't need to worry so much about the number of days, as the processing time is only indicative.

If you got ITA and applied, it takes roughly a minimum of 6 months to process. Getting your passport back post PPR is dependent on which LVO you sent your passport to.
