would really appreciate if someone can advise if departure order is consider as removal order?
I am filing an application for friend for Australia visa. He got conditional removal order after refugee claim refusal and voluntarily left canada and got departure order.
I was wondering if that is considered as removal order.
question on immigration forum -Has any applicant ever been removed, deported or excluded from any country (including Australia)?
Should I mention yes or no?
