But candidates can’t immigrate without a positive LMIA. So you are saying the employers you work with have already paid the $1k, posted on Canadian job sites and proved that no Canadian or PR can do the job. They have completed a labour market assessment and filled all the paperwork. IRCC has issued the LMIA.
