Why are you so late?
I am January, 2016 Applicant. Actually CIC sent back my PR application due to IELTS issue (due to some confusion I didn't enclose it). By the time I got the packet, my result was expired. Again the exam was passed. So late for this reason.

Same situation. Got Nomination May 2016, sent docs to cic without IELTS because i thought cic didnt need IELTS for provincial nominees. Got file returned in Oct 2016, by that time IELTS and Nomination Cert.were expired. Requested for extension and did IELTS again. Resent docs in Jan 2017. No regrets though as my file was sent to LVO instead of Accra.
