    How long did it take to get back your passport with visa after you changed your visa office? I have changed the visa office for my wife and she got passport request and submitted on October 15. Still waiting to get back her passport. Just wondering it they take longer than Ottawa. Thanks

    Send an email to her local visa office and ask to change the visa office for her. They can forward your email to Ottawa and Ottawa will reply you with your wife's PPR. This is what I have done. It works.

    If you have bluecross it should be fine as you have health care spending account. So just pay by cash if you see doctor and make a claim with bluecross. Also , I would recommend to discuss with bluecross if they have any option in this hard time.
