Need advise please.

NOC is 2133...CIO recieved my application on Dec 10. Just found out today that Generic Application form was changed... will it affect the one I passed... The only discrepancy between the two format is the Visa Immigration Office, the updated one doesn't have it.

I think as long as you have sent your application before changing it, you will be okay.

When will CIC update CAP status, its 2 week since last update ??

Sir no one can tell, due to large amount of applications, they do not update caps accordingly. They recently updated cap for NOC 3012.

Now applications the received are 10,803 instead of 9,939 (error on CIC website)

You will be in cap if they received your application on December 08, 2014.
