Hi Jay, I m also NOC 3234 with my application received on Dec 17. I too called CIC this Monday and was confirmed that my app was rejected and was returned on Jan 28. Unfortunately, they refuse to tell me the rejection reason. I have already sent email to check for the reason meanwhile waiting...

If the charging process, why it keeps moving forward? Do you hear any 1st-10th Dec applicant got CC/DD in past few weeks?
