SAY HIM TO RENEW IT AND KEEP IT. NOBODY KNOWS WHAT THEY WILL WANT. IF THEY HAVE NOT STARTED TO CHECK A FILE AFTER 14 MONTHS IT MEANS THAT EVERY THING IS MORE COMPLICATED THAN WE EXPECT!

I did. There is no harm in re-doing it specially knowing that if u go to police+10 it takes 1 month till their response is received.

Htraboul was just joking. Actually, there is no summer holiday and they have to work on our files during the summer.
Why we are treated disrespectfully? I have no clue, but I agree with u that they have to pay more attention to "family ties".

Hi Nenan, I'm no CIC agent, but I have read a lot of posts since last year. If you are 13 years older than your husband, then they will definitely wonder, as I read a few days ago on another forum here about the guy's wife being two years older than him, but they wondered because of the quick marriage as well.

But if you're younger than him, then it's understandable, up to a certain point. If he's 33 and you're only 20, then I think for sure they will wonder a lot, but if he's 37 and you're 25 then I wouldn't think of it being an issue so long as you are compatible in terms of similar education.
