Hi Ph3laa, It's a new policy they introduced in May to help us out. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2012/ob423.asp Instead of it expiring in 12 months, you have an extra 3 months, and they can extend it for another 12 months. So I suggest waiting until it's 3 weeks...

abdmoh, I would suggest saving a local copy of your spreadsheet every time you update it if you want to keep it open for anyone to update, as we had a problem last year in the Damascus forum where someone was quietly going in and deleting everything to play a nasty trick on everyone.

Thanks, Anoushka. Her first one was done in December 2010 and expired, so she renewed it before it expired in 2011. This was before the new policy of 15 months came into effect.
