CRS score For ITA

Dear experts,

For FSW program minimum eligibility is 67 as per official,

1) If I have 67, How much is the possibilities I have to receive ITA...?
Note: (all module in IELTS is 6-my score)

2) is really Canada welcomes skilled workers in the most wanted list in 2019?

3) I meet point grid system 67, but I'm not meeting the CRS score eligibility...
Which one should be considered in FSW program...?

4) where would be the best choice to send an expression of interest....

Ontario? Ottawa? British Columbia?

As per current situation job availability ration for skilled workers!!!

Having 67 points doesn't get your ITA. It just means you meet the program requirements. You have to calculate how many CRS points you have. That's what determines if you will be selected. Right now you need around 440 points to be selected.
