CRS score discrepancy.

Hi,
So I used the official IRCC website to calculate my CRS score and it was 471 and previously in Express Entry it was 471 until I updated my application once to change contact details.....and it dropped down to 441 even though the CRS calculator still adds it upto 471. I have checked the details and they are all correct. Also, I answered the 50% english and french question with "NO".
If someone please could help..it would be great.

You are answering one or more questions incorrectly. It's really impossible for any of us to say which ones. Review all of your answers very carefully to try to find the error. If you can't find the error yourself, then you'll need to post all of the questions and your answers here.
