his CC got charged on 09 August (see 1st page), application is received I think in first or second week of May.

Please share the content of your letter sent by CIO with us. As you see thousands of people are waiting for AOR eagerly. Please remove your personal information like any number your can replace with B - 123456 and Your Name : Mikes Andrews, or Tom Cruise etc.

Please do not change the dates.

Hi - that doesn't look like an AOR to me. If you are pre-June-26th then an AOR should be telling you to file an application with all supporting documents to your visa office within 120 days. This is just thanking you for calling them!
