How to get to know your VO? email CIC? could you please attach the format of the email? How long does it take for CIC to response?

Here's what I would like to know: Is there anyone whose case has been processed by CPC Sydney to the point of ppr?

Was told my application was being processed by cpc Sydney, I just feel it is used interchangeably with CIO Sydney.

Who were you told by? It's possible they got it wrong and typed CPC instead of CIO... Remember that the ONLY reliable way of getting information BEFORE the 6 month mark is via GCMS notes.

In a reply to a mail sent enquiring of the Visa office treating my application I was told "it is being processed by the Case processing Centre : Sydney, NS."

Already ordered my gcms. Will know for sure next week when it is delivered.

Rey- I got the same reply, saying my file is at CPC, Sydney, NS.

Kind a confuse too. :-\

My file has been moved from CPC Sydney to CIO Sydney. ( It's working vice versa to many of the people's assumptions - I know it's case to case though )

March 1st ( before medicals passed) - CPC Sydney

March 10th ( After medicals, BG IP(1) ) - CPC Sydney

March 27th (BG IP (1) ) - CIO Sydney.

I got reply saying that my application is with CASE INTAKE OFFICE - sydney, NS. But last month they mentioned that my application located in Case Processing Office - sydney, NS.

is there any difference between CIO & CPC - sydney, NS ? Any idea ?

I am in same boat now.

Good GCMS notes will show you what's happening for sure and you wont be subject to mistakes made by operators when answering your emails. I'm really not sure if the codes for CPC and CIO are similar, but it won't surprise me if they get mixed up when answering emails.

Possibly they've got super annoyed by the email flows ( where is my file, where is my file...I know some people emailing every two days) and they started annoying us..

Looks like I've got the weirdest reply. They wrote me, "Our office confirms that your application is at our office and being processed under regulatory timeline"
I don't know whether they meant CPC Ottawa as my LVO or not.

My file is at Sydney NS and no update since 3-Mar already ordered GCMS notes to get more insight detail.
