Subject: STUDY PERMIT APPLICATION

Dear Sir / Madam,

With reference to the subject stated above, I am pleased to apply for a Study Permit to pursue further studies in Canada. I am submitting a complete application with all the appropriate documents.

The application includes the following documents for your review:

1. Study Permit CHECKLIST
2. Enclosing all the FORMS and applicable documents as listed in Study Permit CHECKLIST (where tick marked) duly signed.
3. SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS to support my study plan.
4. any thing not listed in checklist

Hope you will find all the documents in order as in manner stated above and in Study Permit CHECKLIST as well. Furthermore I would like to mention here that my orientation class is on ________ and it will be very helpful for me if I get the decision couple of weeks before so I can plan my journey accordingly.

Yours truly,
