COPR after March 2020 ( wife sponsor) and landing

I sponsored my wife and she got copr 4 months ago (oct 2020).
I went to visit back home and now i will return to canada with my wife.

Can my wife enter canada or do the travel restrictions prohibit her?

If you’re being sponsored by a family member
Immediate family members who are being sponsored by a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada are able to come even if they received written notice of approval after March 18, 2020.
