hai qorux,
please advce me. it is very importannt
i sent my full application on 1 july 2010.
i meet all the requirements.
(seeing in one of the forums that in New delhi visa office they accept land value as POF)
For MY POF i have shown 12,312 canadian dollars as liquid fund and for remaining
14,878 canadian dollars as a immovable asset (totally 27190)
my family members are 3.
all of us are going to move.


now due to an emergency i sold the land which i have sent to new delhi visa office as
one of the documents (the land is no more in my name now)
now please advice me regarding what shall i do.

will the VO scrutinize as to whether the land is still in the name of the applicant?
or is there any possibility that they will overlook it?
(OR)

for the remaining amount
can i resend the POF statements (showing $16,967 )
will they accept any documents afterwards once the final application is sent?
i did not get my second AOR yet.
please advice me. i am totally confused as to what to do

U apply as per your current family status. Once the newborn joins u, file in the Addnl Family Member form & pay the Extra Processing Fees.

Not a problem. If & when the need so arises that u require to to prove it again Show them the Sale Deed & it's Value of Sale. That'll suffice.

I remember in one of your thread you mentioned that there are certain provinces of canada where we can get PR cards immediatley and do not have to wait long. Can you please mention the thread. Sorry for bothering.

That's not right. PRCs r handled centrally, thus reach all provinces@similar timeframe. Currently it's taking 40-45 days anywhere in Canada.

Golden Rule:
Do not SEND any documents unless they have asked for it. Except Pps Renewal.

Hi Qorax,

I sent my full application on June 1st to CHC london. Today i saw my status "in Process". Even i have not received 2nd AOR and new file number. There were other stages for ecase which they have not mentioned. Is this a good sign?

Hope you will be fine, i am Mozm, and willing to submit my application towards canada immigration, You know i am fully fan of your post, always you try to deliver valuable informtion to others, Now i am requested to plz run a new thread post in order to new policy after 26 june 2010, what is pact formalities to submit the application which type of docs need, kindly fully brief the Check list of CIO an Check list CHC, which type of docs need to send original and which are photocopies.. i do hope you understand what i want to ask from you.
