CONSULTANT / AGENCY REFUSE TO GIVE PROFILE ACCESS.

Dear Sir,

We have been processing our Express entry profile from a agency and recently received NOI. During the document preparation, we understood that this lawyer is not cooperating with us. So we proceed to terminate the agreement, but agency is not ready to give access to profile as it was created from representative portal.

Somebody kindly guide what to do now as we are running out of time.

IELTS Expiring on 22 June 2023.

So we proceed to terminate the agreement, but agency is not ready to give access to profile as it was created from representative portal.

NOI Received on 8th May 2023.
IELTS expiring on 1st July 2023.
Profile Expiring on 05th Aug 2023.

You have to fill out forms with IRCC to terminate the lawyer having access to your file so that you can get access. It will take time though. Just firing your lawyer does not get you access as it is through their portal, not an individual portal.

I don’t know because your file is through a representative portal. You can try but since you don’t have access, it may not work.

Find their RCIC number. And report them to IRCC.
IRCC takes this quite serious - its against RCIC ethics.
Try to speak to another RCIC, they might have a better & faster solution.
Btw, why are they not releasing your portal details - any payment issue or anything else with them ? Maybe you can try to resolve that - that would be quickest.

Payment is cleared upto date. Reason is profile submitted through representative portal. So GC key will be same for all the client under there agency.

That does not make sense, GC Key is unique i.e. unique login for your account.

Find out your GC Key Username and Password, it cannot be same for all other clients of your agency. This is absurd.
