I would recommend you dedicate a few days to reading through the discussions in the Express Entry section of the forum. If you want to do it yourself, unfortunately there's no short cut to doing a ton of research. Alternatively you can also hire an immigration consultant to do this work for you.
Yes I totally get this and I fully appreciate the help you have provided to me thus far.

I've emailed an immigration consultant after I paid a visit to their office last week, so I am waiting for a response.

I'm not sure if you're allowed to but I would be happy to take recommendations for immigration consultants in Vancouver if you know of any. If not then thank you and if so then thanks also!

Sorry - I don't know of any consultants.

Hi Friends, I have a quick question and need your help.
Last October I landed as PR at Toronto and returned back to my home country after 10 days. During April I got my PR card valid till March 22.
Now I am planning to move to CANADA permanently next month after a complete one year (i.e. October 2016 to November 2017). Now my question is, Are there going to be any problems in my re-entry as i was out for more than one year (I still have enough time to complete RO) ?

No problem at all, you have your PR card so you are good with your passport to board a plane and enter Canada again.

You could have stayed away until Sept/Oct 2019 until the RO would have started to become an issue so returning next month is no issue at all, remembering once back you need to accumulate 2 years by Oct 2021. The initial 2 out of 5 years RO will be based on landing date not PR card issue date/ expiry date hence by Oct 2021.
