Citizenship for husband if only wife works in Canada

If wife and husband are PR holders but only wife stays in Canada for 3/5 years while husband is working outside of country. Will both get citizenship ?

No. Just the wife.

Not asked, but the husband needs to be cognizant of the time spent in/out of Canada and his residency obligation, or he may lose PR.
