Child visitor visa from outside Canada

Hi, I am Canada PR, currently staying in Singapore. I am expecting child in Nov. I want to apply his visitor visa and take him with me to Canada. Could you please let me know the process to apply visitor visa from outside Canada and general processing time. If you can give any reference thread. Thank you very much.

If you are PR, you have to be in Canada to sponsor your child. So you apply for a visitor visa (on the IRCC) website once you have documentation to apply. Do you meet RO? Do you have a spouse if so you will need documentation that approves taking child out of the country.
