CHC LONDON: PASSPORT TRACKING HERE!!!

Dear Seniors,

My Ecas changed to decision made on 2nd Sept but still didnot receive passport back !! I am bit worried, as Ecas doesn't show any Canadian address as well : :

Dear Colleagues,
I will request you to kindly read my case, and share your kind feedback.
I submitted my passports to CHC London on 28th Aug. I then received an email on 11th Sept from CHC London stating that my passports have been mailed to Riyadh on 10th Sept. I was also provided with Aramex tracking number in the same email, and was asked to check it after 5-7days.
Today is 18th Sept, the tracking number still remains INVALID. I approached Canadian Embassy Riyadh, and they informed that they have not yet received my passport.
Can anyone please comment, and guide if I will be able to receive my passports soon.
I have to travel on 25th Sept. I am in desperate Need of my travel documents.
Awaiting your guidance.

Hi Alayshal,

I had the same experience. They sent me an email saying that our passports will be sent via Aramex courier with Airway bill number last July 22nd. I checked and I checked from Aramex's website the AWB was always invalid and one fine day, August 8 it was my husband checked the same AWB from the website and there it was, a message saying it got picked up from the shipper. We picked it up directly from Abu Dhabi office of Aramex coz my husband needs to fly out of Dubai urgently that night.

Just wait for few more days and check from time to time. I know it's frustrating but we can't do much now. Just hope and pray that you get your passport soon.

I ask in another thread, somebody said I have to include a paid airway bill, now I am confused.

No Worries self address envelop is the only requirement. When They aramex will call you for pick up they will charge you. Dont worry about that.

Hi Gisha

This tracking number is only for those countries listed at CIC website where CHC London will send the passport back from registered mail service. Mostly these countries include the middle east portion.

Dear Gisha

Once the decision has been made this mean that visa has been stamped on your passports. After the visa issued usually it take around 10 to 15 working days to get back the passports.
