Wht papers I need for applying citizenship?

Why do you even come to a forum created for people to ask other people questions, if you are critical of the questions asked? There is not a single piece of information on this forum provided by any member that could not be found if someone spends time to search for it on google.

Looking for a place in Moncton, NB

Generally it is cheaper to buy in New Brunswick vs renting. However as you are landing for the first time, I would advice you not to buy immediately, rather see if you are able to make it your permanent home first, because it is really difficult to sell when you need to.

This is the most well known property management group in Moncton: https://killamreit.com/apartments?region=Moncton If your kids speak french, then Dieppe might be a better area for you to focus on, if not avoid it.

Pros and Cons of buying a Condo Town House

Pros: Cheaper to buy, in most cases professionally maintained, shared amenities in better condition. Cons: Will not appreciate in price as much as freehold townhouse when you want to sell, Condo fee on top of your mortgage, Condo rules may not fit your needs (e.g. some have a no pets policy)

Will C-6 (positively) affect applications already being processed?

As NewUser2018 suggested, it might not be a bad idea to withdraw your application and reapply immediately. The worst case scenario anyway is for you to re-file your application, as this is only a honest mistake

    Passport copy vs Biographical pages

You will definitely need a new passport to send with your application. The form does give the option to explain why you cannot provide previous passports. However, even though I have no personal experience with this, I have heard stories of how lost passports create complications in the...

    Passport copy vs Biographical pages

Yes. They need it to verify with CBSA that you did not leave the country other than the times you have mentioned on your application.

    Bill C-6: Senate stage

The new law of 3 year out of 5 and Pre-PR credit has not been implemented yet. It will come into effect sometime in Fall (Sept - Oct) 2017. The actual IRCC calculator will be updated after that. What you are using above is only a demo by the lawyers that own this website, so don't worry about...

I am sorry if I have offended you. I was only trying to say that I was sharing actual experiences of friends that became citizens, and I am not making guesses. They (there were more than one friend who did this) submitted 1 year diplomas from Canadian Career College as proof of Language and it...

I swear to god I am not trolling you, but I am having difficulty understanding your friend's story that you are trying to share. Can you please break it into steps so it is easier to follow.

I think your diploma should be fine. But it is better to call the IRCC helpline and confirm with them before filing. Try to call them first thing in the morning, otherwise the waiting time can get long.

Yes only the 5 years prior to application will be counted. You can apply for the minor kids with your application, but your wife has to complete her time independently.

The certificate is not the problem and will be acceptable as your schooling is in Canada. You need to have studied in this high-school for at least 3 years.

I know people who have submitted 1 year diplomas from Canadian Career colleges and they have been accepted. However I am not sure what you mean by a 12 month certificate? If you mean you have not completed the course, then they will not accept it.
