I received this email today from London. my vo is sxb. can anybody tell, how long it will take after this. and is this ppr1??

We are writing with regards to your/your client's family-class application for permanent residence (PR) in Canada.
Please be advised that, in order for us to proceed with your application, we require the following items, including updated immigration application forms.

- Please properly and truthfully complete the IMM8, Schedule-A and IMM5406, and Supplementary Information forms. Please ensure that you do not leave any time periods unaccounted for. Pay particular attention to questions 08-12 of the Schedule-A form and provide all details since the age of 18 years. Please do not leave any question unanswered/blank. If any question is not applicable to you, quote “Not Applicable”.

Note: Please be advised that separate application forms for all male members of the family over the age of 15 and all females over the age of 18 are required. Please download the requested forms from the website links below:

HI. Syedashah. yes Its PPR 1. Same email is sent by SXB to me dated 05.11.14. havn't submitted these docs yet. waiting for PCC to submit it. and don't know how long gonna take for next step. hopefully soon.

I have question that while feeding data in IMM0008 form, please advise what dependents actually meant for? like its my family only i.e my wife and kids or i need to show my other family member like father mother etc.

depends are those other than principle applicant .. if ur wife is principle applicant than your kids will be dependents

if u have included ur children in PR application... than onlye count them as dependent

If you've already informed CIC about the passport renewal ( which you MUST ) than only the new PP should be sent else you are in a bit of a bother.

The previous PP was expired even before I applied. They have the current passport information on file.

I still have 3 years remaining in my passport but i want to apply to new 10 years passport , can i do that without waiting for the old passport to expire ?

Hi All,

can someone please let me know the following:

When submitting PP to ISB, Do we need to attach the previous (expired) PP as well along with the current PP or just the current PP?

I applied in sep2012 and remeds done in Sept 2014. Ecase has been changed to decision made.. i am planning to visit my husband next month.. there isa possiblity to recive PPR in next month so .. if such thing

Yes you can. But you have to inform london about your complete situation whenever you receive the passport request.
