This is a red flag to your application. Rukhsty only is a big question mark for them on the case. I do not know why people take such risks regarding spouse sponsorship; may be because of lack of homework before applying. Anyways I wish you all the best and please do not mind I am just sad for yo because it might add time to your case and Also you might asked for interview as well.

You need to collect more pics, letters, joint accounts etc to prove CIC that your relationship is still going an GENUINE.
Start collecting as much valid and relavent info as you can

It is what it is, I was just hoping for some answers.... My MP specifically said that they needed "more information". So i am pretty sure its that letter. Which is fine with me. The only reason i asked was just in case there was some other info that they may be inquiring. Then i could just get it all ready and then send it as soon as that letter comes.

I used to flip out about things before, but now i have realized that Allah does everything for the best! When the time is right it will happen. If Allah wants me to go back for the rukhsati then i am more then happy to go see my awesome husband again. May Allah make it easier for all of us! Ameen!

Ok then AW doesn't need a nicop or poc right now since AW will carry his/her baby's pakistani passport, all should go well ..

but AW if you want to come to pakistan and ur pakistani PPR expires then you need to make a NICOP for urself and POC for ur baby which wil ensure visa free entry/exit from pakistan ... unless of course ur PPR and ur baby's PPR will be valid at the time of ur next visit to Pakistan

when did you order notes?

Last month i believe it was!

My mp said "the letter has not been even entered in the system yet, you will receive it in 4-6 weeks". So i doubt it would even be listed in the notes at this point.

I will just wait for it, in the mean time plan for the rukhsuti... whether they ask for it or not, i think its a good idea i just go back and get it done. Its been over a year since i have seen my husband anyways. So it would be good to go back...

We submitted my husband's passport on 5th of this month which was received on 6th. The application itself takes way too long and now they are holding up the passports.This is just ridiculous! The visa stamping doesn't take this long anyway some of you guys are talking about tcs tracking number for the people who received their passport back with the visa recently. I am just curious how can tcs number help us figure out something?

If you get 1 TCS number from CIC, you can track the TCS numbers that come after that as usualy CIC sends TCS on a specific number series. Then you can track and check if any of the TCS numbers is assigned with your name

Well I did not sent my passport from canada to London but a few people on this forum did. Also they give you an option in the ppr email if u read it closely, that
'if you want to receive ur passport outside of pakistan then this doesnt not apply to you, inform us immediately so that we can send you seperate instructions.'
And to have your doubts removed just email london nd ask them about this, they're replying efficiently these days. Make sure you write a proper subject line.

HI. Syedashah. yes Its PPR 1. Same email is sent by SXB to me dated 05.11.14. havn't submitted these docs yet. waiting for PCC to submit it. and don't know how long gonna take for next step. hopefully soon.
