hi guys i am wondering my wife file is in interview queue confirmed through notes.but no offical e.mail yet for date.is this fine i send them e.mail and ask about my interview date.and one more question can isend them more documents like recipets chat logs so they remove me from interview queue.bcz one of my friend said dont send them documents or ask about anything remain silent.please help members.

If you are placed in the interview queue, you will receive an email about the date soon. I had it the same, I received the letter after around 3-4 months time period

they decide it on 25 august.confirmed through notes.so it means this month or next month.if u get mail they give you interview date after one month.

Sometimes it does and sometimes it does not, so depends upon your VO.

Try to find out the reason of being in IQ. And if it is about doubt on relationship then MUST send the additional docs, we have to remain silent in other cases. If you are in IQ that means there were red flags in your file, so try to remove those without getting other doubts during IQ. Sending additional docs MIGHT put you out of IQ and reduce the delay on your case processing.

I’d made an Enquiry to LVO on Nov 11, 2014, that
Where My File is? With them or not (LVO)?
If Yes, When did they receive it from Islamabad?
As they said, that they’ll give me reply within 28 days…
But no Response... HUH

I need some advice please...

Should I send a letter to Immigration as my daughter and I are returning to Canada in Feb In Sha Allah.

Asking to please provide my husband with a visa by Feb so that he can return with us. The situation is not getting any better in Pakistan and now Lahore is chaos which is where I'm currently residing with family.

If I am not wrong your spouse is in IQ as well right and the reason was that CIC thinks you wont go CA when spouse gets PR. This is the best thing you going to do, and MAY be this letter with tickets copy put your spouse out of IQ. Wish you all the best.

Getting PP back is worst wait in the whole processing time.

If the officer is not lazy then Yes, they do update about additional docs/Med etc are received.
