am sorry didn't get the point "Legally entitled to be or to remain in Canada and makes his/her permanent home in Alberta". so how do you make a permanent home by staying more than 6 months? would appreciate if you can explain as i am not getting it.

thanks it is 6 months right? so if they landed in Jun 2018 and gave birth in Sept 2018 then they have to stay their till Dec 2018?

My case got approved within 14 months and I learnt one thing that don't send unnecessary things to the visa office. I saw many people who applied on same dates as me n were constantly bugging the visa officer by sending pics tickets etc to show that their bond is strong etc etc. . my question is...

My humble suggestion no need to send anything. If they ask for it then send.
