Salam, I so do not agree with your comments..........

It was disappointing. If you say what your saying many cases are sent there I'm talking about 5o thousand. The Visa Officer said they cannot force other Visa Officers to come so who is to work on a case (one)..............

There are so many Visa Officers afraid to come to Pakistan that is the delay and no Pakistani Person can be the deciding factor!!

If all these cases reach London as they are its because some cases are simpler and well done for processing otherwise it will be delayed.

May Allah help us all In Sha Allah.............

Alhumdullaillah My wife recived remedical request also they London asked for my child birth certificate.

call IOM helpline between 9am to 5pm and talk to the representative ask him/her regarding your medical test they will tell you that your medical has been sent to the embassy on which date

Hi Folks, I recently had a baby born in Pakistan, While trying to get his Canadian Citizenship certificate, Learnt that I need Form Bay from Pakistan. When my wife went there to get it ,they told my wife that my NICOP id is not updated with Marriage and child and hence it form Bay will not be issued and passport will be rejected. I am currently stuck in Alberta and there is no Embassy/service centre nearby except Toronto.Is there any other way and how long will take ?

Dear colleagues. This is my first post on this thread.... NEED YOUR HELP !!!

My friend and his wife are permanent residents of Canada. They had a baby birth outside Canada. Now they need to sponsor baby. My friend (husband) is going back to Canada in a month or so, and keen to bring his child in Canada.. Preparing for forms and documents . HUSBAND-WIFE Both are Canadian PR holders. Baby is 7 months old as of now.
Queries :-
1) Who has to fill the form of IM0008 (Generic application form).. the husband itself or it is child who is principal applicant to enter his/her name ? (child or father ? )
2) Immigration office requested for processing application :- London visa office or Islamabad visa office ?
3) Can he apply immediately after going back to Canada or he need to have a job/employment ? Baring in mind, it is not spouse sponsorship but 7 month old child sponsorship ?
4) Confusion over sponsorship evaluation form question No 4,5,6,7... never sponsored before, wife is already PR Holder via (FSW-Not sponsorship).
5) Do you advise to submit medical examination along with application ?
6) What is the fees ? 75 + 150 = 225 CAD ?
7) What are the processing times and chances. no employment as yet, recently landed, but Parents are PR holders and child is 7 months old, no PCC/BV/SC checks would be required...

Yes today also they ask for my daughter birth certificate within 60 days .

90% they reply in 24 hours This is what members say here who have under gone for re-medical.

Keep calling them and as they are receiving high volume of calls every minute. So you can get connected after few minutes or hours.
