I'd like to ask a question, my re-medical validity is going to expire in September 2014 and I am still waiting for PPR 1. Mine is full rukhsati but no valima as we planned it in Canada (explained it in add documents request), is it the reason they are delaying the PPR and what do you suggest.

Yes you can apply from anywhere in the world. As long as you have internet and the appropriate payment method (Canadian credit card)

Any credit card would work, does not necessarily has to be a Canadian one

I think OmNi2012 is right, I can tell you are mad at CIC everyone is, but nothing we can do. They have made rules which we have to follow. If you don't agree with cic write a letter to them to express your feelings with your uci number and passport copy , expressing your point of view on this forum will not help. now you know what to do. :-*

I am not mad at CIC, and when it comes to following the rule, if it is a hard and fast rule for Pakistanis to do full Ruksati wedding, then how come people with just Nikkah only getting their spousal visa?

I am planning to apply under FWS 2014, as a finance manager Pakistan.
I have come in trouble with my marriage certificate because by mistake my wife wrong Date of birth is mention in our marriage certificate. Instead of 29th June 1982 it is mention only 20 years.
My marriage was held in 2012 in Pakistani my wife National Identity Card it is mention 29th June 1982 correctly.
Now my documents are ready but I don't know how to fix it, and how long it will take.
Can I send my application without correction and try to fix it later.
Kindly help me I need your advice urgently.

Advise the visa office that they made a mistake on the year. Send copies of the required documents again with your reply.
