Been 1 week since my wife received letter stating marriage appears to not be genuine.

30 days remaining for my wife and I to respond, otherwise they will make decision based on information on hand.

I saw an immigration lawyer who has now helped us organize our repsonse, sad part was that he stated our evidence we have provided previously is 100 times better than most he has seen submitted for folks whos applications were approved :S

I have a meeting with our MP on Friday, I hope with elections looming, they will take extra steps in assisting us in order to secure my vote.

Whywait they never sent ne ppr to my husband re-pcc and supp forms were sent in late 2010 re-med was done dec 2nd 2010 jan18th 2011 file was in que to be reviewed by an immigration officer march 22nd decision was made and april 6th today they refused my case

Planning on going to Pakistan in the fall when hot season is over. My brother went during the summer and was hospitallized due to dehydration.
Arrangements with work are complete, just waiting for the fall. I dont care what CHC-ISB decides! Im going regardless, unless by the grace of Allah she is approved and I can bring her back with me....Dreams are healthy

one2ka4 and others who got the objection letter...i had nikkah only case but why do you think I never got this objection letter? I was put straight in the interview queue without being given a chance to give them proofs of our relationship. Is that a negative sign because they didn't think I could prove our relationship with an objection letter? I'm just wondering because it seems everyone with nikkah only got this letter except for me. ???

hi sis, to make you feel better...they had send us the objection letter back in sept 2010, which was almost one year after interview! their reason was that why i had not visited hubby since almost 2 years and for that reason they had decided to say marriage does not seeeeem real to us!!! every case is different, so don't worry! for me, we had done full nikha while i was in pakistan for full month the first time.

hi guys...i talked to MP today and she said that she cant answer anything as isl is not replying and here everyone is busy with the elections so after elections hi kuch ho ga is that true?? kisi ko ppr aya hai ??

also i ordered CAIPS on 22nd march...kitna time lgta hai anay mai?

Humaumair sister. CAIPS ki CD aye gi 5 weeks mey. April 26th & May 2 ke dermian If you send application on March 22. But may be before you receive your CAIPS you will hear an update from CHC.
