Hi There,

Currently I am working in Canada as Temporary Foreign worker under Work permit with LMO. I would like to change my employer. I got offer another company they doesn't have positive LMO. They dont want to apply LMO. Currently I am holding an Employment offer from that company.

So guys, I would like to know, Is there any way to get openwork permit or changing employer without LMO ?

No - there's no way. If you want to work for the new employer - that employer will have to obtain an approved LMO and then you will have to apply for a new work permit.

Open work permits are only available under specific conditions (e.g. you have been sponsored through the inland process by your Canadian spouse and have first stage approval, your spouse is here on a closed work permit in a skilled profession, your spouse is here on a study permit). Do you fit any of these conditions? Can you provide more information about yourself and your spouse (if applicable)?

In a few specific circumstances, LMOs aren't required to obtain a CLOSED work permit (e.g. you and your profession fall under NAFTA). The full list is provided here (again, they are very specific circumstances):
