CG key/MyCIC account

Hello,
Question..
Can you purge your CGKey/MyCic Account and make a new one? In order to submit a new EE application and start fresh.
In case you can't purge/delete your account, what would happen if I withdraw my EE application then make a new MyCIC account with a different email and submit a new EE profile? Are there any repercussions? Is there a rule against it?

I want to do so because I was invited for an OINP, but i am sure i won't be able to apply now. I will be able to apply next June. And since, from my understanding, the invitations are automatic to anyone who has a score above 400(mine is 435), I am hoping that if I make a new CGkey and MyCIC account I will receive another invitation.
I mean since I will definitely not apply now, I guess it's worth a try. Anyone ever done that before and it worked for him/her?

I have not done it, but have read it on the forum and has worked for people who have done it. You can withdraw your profile and create a new one when you are ready.

As long as I know ( personally learned over call to CIC)
You can't have 2 Mycic account as once created it is connected to your UCI . Which means you can get Haley's and reset account but can't have 2 Mycic.
Not sure about OINP and 2ND app.

Yes, you are correct, only one MyCIC account at a time.

Yes, there is a provision to withdraw your current profile and create a new profile. In fact, OINP also suggests candidates to do so as per their update dated November 24, 2015 (given below).

"It has come to our attention that technical issues may have resulted in candidates not receiving Notification of Interest (NOI) though they believe they meet the criteria for Ontario’s Express Entry streams. If you believe you fall into this category and have not received an NOI within one month of submitting your EE profile, we encourage you to create a new profile in the EE system. If you create a new EE profile, you must delete your old profile."

Newbie here. May I know what number to call or email address to contact CIC- regarding myCIC accounts (agency created 2 accounts!). Now I am worried it might be the reason why I have not received a letter of interest from Ontario (met HUman Capital requirements)

Hello,

Have you tried revoking your GC Key? I believe this is the way to "purge" a my CIC account. Please bear in mind that once it has been revoked, you cannot reinstate it. Try that first by signing into the my CIC account which you wish to purge.

**edit: Or ask your agency to revoke one**
