Hello guys
I have a question regarding certified copies for Quebec skilled worker application.
I have original documents for all diploma and transcripts. it will take a long time to get certified copies back from my country. Is there any other solution to certify them from the United States?
Thank you

Fedex Offices do have notary servides (I used their service for my AINP application). But I remember they do not provide notary services in some states.

Hey,

I remember that I did not send in all documents as certified copies. I simply mentioned this in the cover letter and said that I could / will of course provide the original if necessary (i.e. interview).

Also, as for transcripts, etc. it is very common, at least in Europe, that any public institution can certify them even if they did not issue them. Some universities / city halls even do this for free and they are considered as credible.

Good luck!
