I calculated this on my profile (applying with an accompanying spouse). I believe it's 3 CRS points per CELPIP point. So if you go from reading 8 to reading 10, you'll get +6 CRS points. 30 is the maximum you get per category, so you get the same points if you score 10, 11, or 12.
