You shouldn't have a problem with that. Just make sure you have your WP-EXT with you in case they question the fact that your WP is expiring soon.

In my case I received two emails. The first one was a copy of a letter sent to my employer notifying them that my nomination was approved and 5 minutes later I received a second email with all the nomination documents.
