Hey guys, I requested my GCMS notes on February 4th and I haven't gotten anything yet. it's been almost 6 weeks now. Did I screw something up? I chose the first option (the one you don't have to pay the 5 bucks for) I heard it should be working the same.

I emailed them the other day asking if there was any issue with my request and nobody answered yet.

Should I worry? Should I call CIC and ask?

Well at one point you get to choose if you want to apply under the privacy act or under the access of information act. the second one costs $5 but since I am in Canada I thought I could use the first one which is free. Is this wrong?

HI guys, reading my last general notes I realized that VO asked for my husband (Pa) pay stubs because his wage was too low and he thinks he had worked part time so he wants to check the total amount of hours worked. All the pay stubs were already attached to the main application and we have just to send the file again so id not a big deal. My husband worked full time, with 40 hours per week, so much more than hours requested by the program and his wage was low because the employer is an ass...e and knows that immigrants needs to work at least a full year to get PR and he took advantage of that. BUt, on the other hand, wage is not a requirement of the CEC program so do you think it may be a problem in term of eligibility?

August 8th applicant here - still have not received MR.
Last thing I got from CIC was AOR in Nov 2014.
Is anyone else in the same situation? Does this mean something is wrong?

Finally the wait is over.. Within 12 days I got my Passport back stamped with PR visa.. I am really happy.. Hope the best..

I did order gcms. Will get next mnth. When i call they said tht background check is going on.
