If one gets PR via Category based EE draw. Should they have to only work on a job falls under the Category they've been selected?

did anyone get a category draw for transporation. My marks were 456 - Transport Manager.. minimum was 435. I didnt get any invite... did they call only certain NOC codes? or is there a quota for each NOC code under Transporation category?

Is it mandatory to show to Visa officer when submitting documents that I am planning to work as a nurse for example if I got ITA through Healthcare Category based program? or it doesnt matter and I can say that I am going to work as uber driver for example?
