Cannabis Legalization and entry

Once cannabis is legalized in canada will one be able to enter canada with cannabis convictions for growing and selling? Would it still count as an equivalent offense?

Nothing will change if cannabis is legalized.

No - you won't be able to enter Canada without qualifying for rehabilitation and going through the rehabilitation process. Yes - it will still count as a drug dealing offense which will make you inadmissible to Canada.
